how can i make the screen / game icons. etc. bigger in panzer general forever ? full screen, etc. thanks

playing demo, i can onlly reinforce (i use elite reinforecemnets) my units once; i'm not conquering the optional towns : do i need to conquer the optional towns, have my unit in the town, to reinforeforce , more thann once ? thanks

is the demo harder than the campaign , if you set the campaign to the easiest settings ? thanks
