Re: Hannover 18th/19th April 2015

That's great news Dave!
We now have 17 premarked players
Never thought that this could get that big. Absolutely awesome!
Need to rethink my catering-concept and make more room for beer in the fridge.

Re: Hannover 18th/19th April 2015

We now have 13 people premarked for the competition including one person from London (urbanbunny1, is that you?) :D
There is, however, still room for at least five more players. We'd love to welcome as much players from abroad as possible, so don't be shy

Re: New 30yr war figures

Finally had the time to have a closer look at the minis, which were sitting on my painting desk for over three weeks now... The contact was frienddly and delivery was , at least from Totentanz, very fast. The parcel left Totentanz on the day I placed my order, but took about two weeks to arrive here...

Re: Which miniatures for Italian Wars armies ?

Thanks for the elaborate reply. Some very interesting combinations. Especially the white one from "khaki grey" upwards sounds very good. Will try that on some teutonic knights. I never tried plaka but will invest in some. "Orkhide Shade" was a very nice green from GW. You could h...

Re: Which miniatures for Italian Wars armies ?

I know about layering, blending etc. :) But I like the tone of the colours and I'm always interested in new "colour recipes". Sometimes, even if you know the drill, it's easier to duplicate results if you know what paints were used. Getting new ideas for shading and highlighting different ...

Re: Which miniatures for Italian Wars armies ?

Thank you. I'll have to try that.

I really like your choice of colours. Especially on the gendarmes. What paints did you use for the nice green, white, blue, yellow and red?
Sorry for the questions, but one is trying to improve painting :D

Hannover 18th/19th April 2015

The TableTop Club Hannover is proud to announce its third FoG:R tournament, being held on 18th/19th april 2015. Army can be chosen from any book, and must not exceed 800 points. Due to the relatively small number of german players, with many different armies, we have to do an open competition. Timet...

Re: The Worlds 2014 - FoG-R-results

Great Weekend!
Congratiulations to all the winners.
Thanks to all my opponents for helping me out with the rules and for being very friendly.
I had loads of fun and learnt a lot about the rules, so coming in as 15th doesn't matter :D

Hope that next years event will be hosted by Martin and co again.

Re: The Worlds 2014 - let's get started

We two guys from Hannover (Christian & Sebastian) will certainly not end up in the first half of the table. :D We're just too unexperienced, but look forward to play against some new opponents (we usually play against each other, cause there are no other FoG-players in town), see some nice armie...

Nice to see some of you squabbling for last place... Makes hope that I won't get embarrassed :D

There are two lists missing, so make them buy the first two rounds of beer

I'm excited to know what armies you guys are going to bring.
