I have to say the mission failure rate is unrealistically high, and the punishment is too harsh, it is very frustrating. It completely makes the game unenjoyable as I have to worry whether launching is going to complete(rarely) or if it is going to be a catastrophic failure which is going to complet...

There needs to be some way to see what a persons Mission control FLIGHT stat would be other then having to hire and fire people until you get a decent FLIGHT stat

Where are the saves located? I cant seem to find them

This patch breaks all old saves, just so everyone knows

Click update, says newer version is available, downloads till the timer says 0:00 and then says error downloading(Progress bar is about 1/3)
