I have both the things you need ready to attach but when I try to attach them i get this 'The extension log is not allowed'

any suggestions?

i'm getting 3221225477 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION - Pandora has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please contact support with game logs and save games. well, since i haven't been able to play the game i assume i dont have any game logs and save games. i literally bought this game 15 minutes ...

What did you have to delete and reinstall to get it to work, because I have the same problem?
