Some guy made a BINKA converter (drag and drop) that converts BINKA format files to WAV. You can then convert WAV to MP3. I just tested an Armageddon ambient file I converted from BINKA to WAV to MP3 in SR using the converter followed by WAV to MP3 conversion and it works flawlessly. Do a search for...
