Literally Unplayable: Ambiant sound do not match the weather !!

Hi
I was "trying" to play the battle of lake Peipus in deep winter snow, and i suddenly notice that the ambiant sound is running water and bird song !!! :D It is not at all appropriate to the time and weather !!!

Please Fix :D

I agree the game should provide a way to generate a mostly plain terrain. It would really be a nice addition.

How to configure the custom battle generator to have a nice, flat field ? (Frustrating issue)

Hi. Many times i tried to use the custom battle generator to play a simili battle like Gaugamela or Issos, and i need a large field, plain and flat field without much ground feature. And it is really hard to generate it. If i select agricultural field, i often have a large stream in the middle :evil...

Surprising poor performance during multiplayer replay

I tried multiplayer recently and i'am surprise how poor the game performance (terrible lag, the visibility of the replay is quite bad) is during the multiplayer replay at the start of turn. The game was so smooth in solo, never drop under 60 fps :cry: My opponent say it is the case for quite everyone.

It looks like easy to reproduce.
I suspect it may be linked to the tutorial as the SPQR icon in TopWest do not stop blinking. But clicking on it do not help me.

Thanks for the information.

Relative to missile, i was also surprise not to see very long range missile. Missiles seems to be close range weapons in Polaris Sector.

I have lag/slow down on the map too and my computer is pretty good.

It was very surprising. Game is still played though but there is something fishy in the code.
