These questions have probably been answered somewhere, but I can't find where. 1) Do bonus exp granting military buildings have to be built in the provincial capital, or will their bonuses still activate when you build a unit in a province even if the building is in a non-capital region? I'm guessin...

I would like to see a listing (actually a diagram) of what you need to build each building and what its construction allows or disallows as a consequence in terms of future buildings - after all keeping it a secret may be fun the first time, but once you get to know the game it's annoying not knowi...
