Army building
I'm considering buying Sanctus Reach but I've read that army building is different from games like Panzer Corps with no perma death and a somewhat random unit deployment.
Could someone elaborate on how you build your army roster and how you deploy units into battle?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Your favourite units
Yeah, I did have some Rough Riders early on in my core force. But they just suffered too high casualties all the time, especially after Act 1. With the abundance of Ork superheavies in many scenarios they often were wiped out in a single turn.

Two small suggestions for better combat feedback
I have to admit it took quite a few hours until I understood the combat system with hit points and strength points. How about providing some information about the outcome of a fight? Just add a (small) floating number in red over the attacked unit that indicates how my hit points it has lost. And ma...

Your favourite units
I thought we could gather some info about what units you love and why. Here are some of my favourites: Upgraded Destroyers . Pure awesome tank-killingness. range 4, high initiative, those baddies bring down Ork superheavies fast than you can say "By the grace of the Emperor, eat coherent light,...

Re: Terminators
It's a bit of a mixed bag. We couldn't allow them to use Rhino transports because the lore specifically prohibits this. It was decided fairly early on to make Land Raiders combat vehicles instead of 'mere' transports. Maybe we can compromise though... I know for a fact that pretty much no one uses ...

Re: Rest & Refit vs. Replenish
Yeah, the auto-replenish feature IMO isn't a very good idea. I've seen a few battles where I basically started with no requisition points, making it impossible to replenish casualties during a battle. I'd much rather see the option to send understrength units to reserve to save some precious req poi...

Terminators
Greetings, comrades! I'm currently doing my 1st steps in the 2nd act and there's one thing that irritates me a bit: Terminators. I know they are are heavily armoured, slow infantry, but unfortunately they don't seem to have access to Land Raiders or teleportation technology, relying solely on foot-s...

Re: Rest & Refit vs. Replenish
I just hope we will get a way to keep frontline units supplied with experienced replacements. I have just completed the 1st chapter and while my artillery units and tank destroyers are all veterans my frontline infantry and MBTs are 1-2 skull nebwies.
