I had a game last night and, while we see artillery have two range bands, we couldn't see why it has the 3" one. Artillery have the same number of dice at long and short ranges and we could not see any POAs that related to range. Therefore why have this short range, or are we missing something?...

Thanks for the base sizes posted above, but these all appear to be info on base depths. Can I assume that the base widths stay a constant 40mm as in FoG-AM?
