I loaded up BA2 today I was directed to load a Patch. I downloaded and ran the Patch. Sound Drops Out

Enjoying ' Europe at War but while playing the game the sound drops out (both music and effects), save and restart and works fine......is there a patch to fix this or does anyone have a solution?
