I am trying to play my fist campaign and I do not quite understand how to beat Poland in just three weeks, when one turn equals three weeks? I do not see a way to rush/surround and take Warsaw that quickly, particularly when so many Pollock units block around and defend Warsaw? Can someone enlighten...

I am running on the original, 1..3, and certainly want to update.

re-installing GC didn't help.
