I'd like to know if it's possible to edit the wordlpreference file, in order to make a 100% terran map (with no ocean squares).

Also, if there is some way to edit any file, that would put a cap to growth ; so that you needn't raze a city, limit food production to 0.0 in order to almost stop ...
