Good day Sorry, I have not bought the game. Just want to know one thing. In this game there is a chance to play one city (for all)? In Civilization 4 could prohibit build settlers (because of this there was little towns .. convenient). Maybe you can edit what some game files? Make a mini mod. For ex...
