On the "Program Selection" screen for the Venera 15, Pioneer Venus Multiprobe and the Venera 9. The image is visible outside of the white border.

When you're in Construction mode and click on a building to upgrade or build it, the image is overlayed with a white box (this even passes over the text underneath it (the price increase).

EDITED: NVM This sorted itself out.

Currently playing in 1920x1080 in Full Screen mode. This shows an inconsistent view of some of the screens. In the intro screen the layout is in 16:9 filled out by the nice images. Once you get into the game the "Space Complex" screen is in 4:3 configuration with big black bars at the side...
