25 minutes to solve the turn?

Turn 5, hit end turn and wait for 25 minutes... this is normal?

My specs: 3.2 Ghz AMD QuadCore - 8 gb Ran 800Mhz - 1gb Nvidia 8800GT - Win 7 Pro 64 bits
