I use the default settings:

Antialiasing - Setting : Application-controled
Antialiasing - FXAA : Off
Antialiasing - Gamma correction : On
Antialiasing - Mode : Application-controled
Antialiasing - Transparency : Off

and I've also tried turning them all off, and it makes no difference.

My window (besides being in spanish) doesn't have that "drop-down" option...

I uninstalled every single version of Visual C++ I had, then downloaded and installed the latest ones for each on the list (as shown on the attached image).
