Where are you evaluating it? I would like to cast my vote for a competitive BARIS-like mode. The sandbox could stay as it is now (just trying to make prestige points & meet budget) and the campaign could be competitive. First one to complete their space station on Mars wins!

I want to start fresh, but all the programs I unlocked in previous games are already unlocked even when I choose the new game option. Is there a config file somewhere I can delete to reset that info?
