I was given a 'Link' By 'Matrix / Slitherine via Email to 'Download' this 'DLC' from.

This 'Link' was only available to me for a certain length of time.

styler62, if you are using the standalone version of OOB (so non-Steam), and have v 7.1.4 installed you can dl-the update to 8.4.1 (needed for Red Steel) via "my page/downloads" at Slitherine. A new patch will hopefully come soon, but Unity is the game engine used by OOB, so that doesn't change ...
