Lets say I have a city that i want to move it, is there any way to uproot it or build it out i.e. producing settlers to make it cease to exist?

2x SE HW (was 4x but I lost 2 )

dont sweat it; in some ways it good news as at least the testers are doing full end to end (multi campaign) testing.

i can assure you that with the release of later packs other issues will likely be found when playing from first campain to the n th one.

How well does the AI do in the scenarios?

My biggest let down on the original panzer general was the bad AI. It had no concept of attack (strangely almost all the scenarios had you as the attacker!) and pitiful defence.

kiss goodbye to those panzers . Thats good to see the allies destroy the German planes early on! Should make it very hard to win.
