Can you not add an option to disable controller inputs through the settings page?

I think the AI is bugged in the 5th mission of the 2nd Commonwealth campaign. The AI attempts to activate a unit but fails to do so and the game just hangs. I was under the impression that there would be an option to remap the key commands. Did this not make it into the update? If not, could you please include it in the next one?

I want to remap the keyboard bindings as the default WASD setup is very uncomfortable for me to use as a left handed person. I can't seem to find any option to alter the bindings. Is there a .cfg file or something I can edit? I couldn't see anything in the game folder when I looked through it.
