Mac version of the updater worked sweetly for me once they put the actual installer at the other end of the link. It found my serial without asking and the game has continued to run swimmingly since the update.

I believe we have better to wait for Slitherine's official announcement....Btw do we have to uninstall the 2.10 patch before we install the 3.00 or its not necessary? That can't be helped since the GS v3.0 update is free instead of being a full release where Slitherine / Matrixgames can make a lot of money. It's only natural they have to give priority to releases that make money for them. Of course, of course and we are very lucky that they do this kind of thing...
