Fun question, has anyone seen or have an example of an AAR with where France builds a Tank over winter of 39-40?

I just noticed France starts out with what seems the best armr tech in the game, which I'm finding somewhat comical.

I've been playing against the AI for months trying to perfect my play.

Also I've read alot of the AARs of the so many amazing players. I think I'm tactically a good player, but i have a hard time organizing a cohesive well synchronized strategy.

Anyone want to be my first enemy?
