Not so important in Sandstorm, i guess, but if you import your core for Endsieg, they start getting kinda weak.

Allow modification of 'cool down' period.

Just to restate about GME, You have to disable the mod (take it out) of GME and then reload it for any changes you made to anything to take effect.
