Well the game works with a slight delay, i am not to fussed about it, some day when you have time, after a few excellent dlc's you figure it out. It is a great game and i am happy i can play it

I try to add the dxdiag but i can't add the file (invalid file extension), same with a copy pasted open word file.

Updated the drivers but no change, as soon as i zoom out with middle mouse scrol the pointer swoops to the right down corner. I can still use the +/- normaly however so its a minor inconvinience.

Those are operations, if you build one you are able to use it ones every few turns somewhere on the map of your choice. The more you build the more you can use simultaniously. they wil show in the left top of your screen after building them.

Maybe you could try and sell it on Desura?
