Just to clarify, both Fort Morgan and Chesapeake Squadron are both controlled by USA.

I discovered the old AGEOD forums for Civil war which had references to docs and PDF of checklists for playing Civil War... but the docs are no longer accessible in that forum. I know there are videos on Youtube but I'd really prefer to be reading hard copy, even if they are of CW1 rather than CW2. ...

I'm not sure that only displaying 7 cards in the stack is a technical error requiring logs etc. There are no signs of corrupted graphics or other glitches. My guess is that it's a screen resolution or configuration choice somewhere like the "Smaller Fonts" option I discovered.

Why would Fort Monroe attack USA controlled ships?

Selecting "Smaller Fonts" in Options / System fixed the large text, but I still only get 7 cards displayed in the Stack Panel

Please look at the attached picture. CW2 fonts aren't working well on my PC. Tutorial text appears in bold and won't fit in the display box. The stack panel is limited to only seven cards.
