Is it to late to get into the beta? Been waiting patiently to play this game for what seems to be over 2 years.... some how i missed the beta announcement

Can someone tell me how to save my user settings? For the screen resolution, gamma correction and grid transparency and so on. Every time I open the game to play I have to go and redo my settings because it never saves. Thanks
