AA guns do not chase aircraft. They fire at air targets automatically if the aircraft enters attack range. You can only position them beforehand or use mobile AA units, but you can’t move them under an aircraft mid-flight. That’s what fighters/interceptors are for.

The Unit Navigator tool isn’t working because it’s no longer being maintained, not because of a temporary bug. For now, you’ll need to rely on the in-game encyclopedia or community resources.
