For baggage I would use a bunch of impaled dudes. Donnington miniatures do a nice one in 15mm. I was going to use them for disorder markers myself. BTW, apart from a few useable figure in the Essex ranges, can anyone think of suitable 15mm figs besides East Riding Minatures and Donnington? (both of...
