Civil War 2 - Game won't start from launch screen

I purchased this on Steam at start of 2025 but have been unable to get it to launch at all. The first screen comes up - I can hear the click on the Play Civil War 2 but nothing happens. When I click on the Manual below that launches ok. Any help? Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics...
