Re: Khurasan releases Dragoons, Horseholders, Imperial Gener

Great looking figures. Can not wait for the new Curraisers. Really hope that you do other armies, and with Daniel Stabergs help you have a real authority on what they should look like. Your range promises to be the most accurate of the TYW ranges avalable.

Keep up the fantastic work.

Polish and Ottoman figures

Hi I just picked up some of the Polish figures from Wargamer in Poland, figures ok, a bit of flash, I would rate them a 7 or 8 on a scale of 1-10. But now I want to mix them with other manufacturers as I always like lots of diversity in irregular armies. Does any one know how the mix with Legio Hero...

Hi Khursan I have just purchased 11 more packs of the infantry and cavalry, and am going to keep buying these. They are fantastic. I would also like to echo the desire for command packs. I am not sure that the in the long term plans of making packs based on units is the way to go. I know that I use ...

When I moved across the pond to Denmark, I used puff corn. It is cheap and easy to use. Have the armies in boxes and fill with the puff corn, make sure that the box is completly full, the figs do not move.

I shipped mine via ship!

Well finally painted up a bunch of the counters I recived from Noel. They look great on the table. http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5221/5745014261_1a08e81378_z.jpg These are painted with one of those spray cans you can get from DIY stores which are supposed to look like Granit. They are for FOG. http...

True but as they are 10mm not as much effort as 15mm. Not a vast difference in painting time betweent the two but still very doable and the results are great.

I actually use double depth for FOG R and also Warlord II rules. But if you are using standard bases you might squeeze 5 per 4cm and two ranks deep. So 10 figures instead of 4 per base. When you are looking at 6 bases with 24 figures now with the 10mm figures it goes to 60 figs. So you could really ...

basing

I have also gone with the non standard basing. I am using 15mm figs on 4x3cm bases with 8 figs of pike or 6 of others, with 2 figs as skirmishers. The front of the base is 4cm so I can use the figs both with FOG R and also Warlord II. The reason is that I just dont like the small pike and shot units...

Flags

Hi Love the figures, less so the flags. I think I know what you are trying to do with the flags and have a freind who also paints on fabric. My problem is that most of the flags where on silk and they just do not look that course. The flags I have seen (my wife is a conservator so have seen ACW and ...
