I install 1.13 and my russian autoplay picture \Panzer Corps\AutoPlay\Images\gamemenu-RU.bmp changed to gamemenu-E.bmp
Set russian language in settings in main menu didn't change this.

Does this mod have compatibility with PC and AK 1.13?
And maybe update link to mod to new version Panzer Corps Historical Flag and Insignia Mod 1.11 in topic head?)
