You might need to search around to see where the CAMPAIGNS and MULTILAYER folder are on yours.
You don't need a DLC and it should be OK with or without Steam.

Yes, you copy it into the 'campaigns' folder - which is in the data area for the game, not the program files. Then when you go to start a game you have to select the GoT module. Do i simply drag the files in to the "Campaigns" folder or is there something else i have to do because it does not seem to work for me.
