During a playthru, The AI desided right next to me was a good spot for citys, well, I "aquired" some of those close citys, hoping to raze them, but this do not currently seem possible, is it a comming/planned feature? if not mind me suggesting it now.

Most likly there will be some cost to the upgrade, as to prevent cheep spam whit mass upgrade.
