Game crashes after installing GC DLC 42-43W & patch 1.11

Hi, I just installed the GC DLC West campaigns (42-43 West & 44 West) as well as the 1.11 patch. But when I start either of the two new campaigns I only get a black screen and the game board on the right. The game doesn't respond and I need to use task manager to close it. I have no trouble play...
