I have lost my original BA disc with the serial number, so I cannot play any scenario as itr needs the base download before you can play anything. Do I have to buy the game again or do you have my serial numbers on record?

Each time I play this scenario, even though Wittman's Tiger survives, the result shows a fail. This happens all the time

Completed Operation Barbarossa- first scenario. Wiped out all the Russians and captured all the flags with only one Panzer 111 lost-- at the end it came up mission failed
