I’m playing Allies Resurgent and am on the 4th mission but have only unlocked 1 specialisation. Progress seems a bit slow.

Maybe I'm just greedy but I don't seem to be getting may specialastion points after missions, I seem to be able to afford a new specialisation every other mission. I'm completing bonus objectives but still seem to be getting less than 5 a mission. Is this just the pace you advance or am I missing so...
