Well the problem has taken care of itself somehow. The issue was that I couldn't even input different credentials because it would just jump to that message. Hope no other issues in the future.

So I found out that all my history has been erased and went ahead and played the tutorial again. This unlocked multiplayer tab on home screen and I was allowed to set up games with some friends. Thanks for response. I cant seem to do that as it says it is being used by another process? I followed and found the options.txt file but wont let me access it.

Also just reloaded update 2.1.1 with still no multiplayer option on home screen, greyed out.

I have all the expansions and play on win7 pc. I had no issues upto about month ago when all of a sudden I can't access the multiplayer tab on the menu screen. I have BA exempted on firewall. Thats the problem, I am new to the game and cant seem to find the spot on the main page. I see no where in profile to change, nothing in the game. What is the main site page link? Maybe Im looking at the wrong spot.

I cant seem to get multiplayer notifications to be emailed to me when my opponent completes their turn. What do I need to change?
They are not in spam folder....plz inform me.
