Bad Interface

Interface / directions are REALLY BAD!!!! I can't even figure out in the tutorial how to supply units! I may have made an awful decision to buy this game. Can anybody go through the rules STEP BY STEP?

I just love how a person finds out LATER after he deletes all the games and saves and so on. Wonderful.
