Re: What game would you like to see next?
I see someone is doing a modern war campaign. Something like that would be good, like the old (I'm talking 20 years ago on an Amstrad!!) game Battlefield Germany, which was a fictional war with the Soviets and NATO. You could have Kuwait and Iraq scenarios as well. also reminds me of "Steel Pa...

Re: iPad on the march
I agree. Many of the larger games producers put out buggy products that need patches just to get the bugs out. Slitherine's patches actually add things to a game.

Re: What game would you like to see next?
Yea, a Sc-Fi game would be good. Star General was rubbish though imho. I liked Battle Isle 2, but I was never able to finish it! I never played Fantasy General unfortunately.

Re: Mega pack discounts
Does the megapack download include the 1.14 patch? Only asking because I have limited download restrictions and almost 1 GB for the patch and then whatever for the megapack...

Re: [MOD] Project X (worktitle)
May be a little off-topic, but if we talk about fantasy / sci-fi mods... I would love to see Slitherine people to release a good remake of Star General sometime in the future with all the good features of PzCorps and more... :-) I'm not sure about that! Star General was pretty crap if I recall. The...

Re: Can't download DLC 39
No problem. I like Slitherine becasue they have such a quick, and an excellent, customer service policy. It stops you getting annoyed and frustrated!

Re: Can't download DLC 39
Ok, it's sorted. Plimus reset the url and it's downloading (slowly!) as I write this.

Can't download DLC 39
I've got a problem. I purchased the download of DLC 39, and after a few minutes of trying to get it downloaded I started the download on firefox. The download cancelled itself however, and now when I try to download it again I get a message from plimus saying it's no longer available. HELP! I've pai...

Re: How do you organise your core?
I've just discovered this in the Moscow41 scenario. Didn't use AA and got extra tanks. Soviet bombers spammed all over the place (well, not that much, but enough to be annoying!). Also changed my mobile arty to 21cm with halftracks. Sturmpanzers are just too slow for the distances in the Russian sce...

Re: How do you organise your core?
I'm coming to the conclusion myself that AA isn't much use as my fighters can intercept the enemy after only one turn. I agree with the post above about Stugs though. In GPTG they're very useful, although the Panzejager 1 is as useful as a wet paper bag (and couldn't fight it's way out of it!). I ha...

How do you organise your core?
I'm relatively new to Panzercorps but I used to play the old PG games (had them all except PG3 & Fantasy General). I've searched the forum but there doesn't seem to be a thread on this subject. So, how do players organise their core? Personally I use a 'semi-historical' approach of multiple Pz d...

Re: Victory from first playthrough
I haven't voted yet. Although I'm new to Panzercorps (have Afrika Corps too) I played the old Panzer General games in my youth. At the moment I'm getting DVs because I'm playing on sergeant level to get a feel for the game. I'll play on a higher level next time through!

Re: Reform units as game feature
I'm a new player to PZC, though I had all the PG games. I've played up to the Low Countries on the vanilla campaign and I voted yes for the reform units thing. Nothing more annoying than building-up a unit only to have it ambushed and destroyed!
