Sorry about that. I was playing on my iPad Air (first generation) 128gb version. My game is still in this state, but I don't think you can pull off the save data from an iPad, can you?

i cleared most of the towns on gold beach so that all the fog of war was removed and moved my troops up to the top right corner of the map in preparation. I saved the game to come back later to capture the final town, but found that the fog of war had returned and completely covered all of my troops...
