The IIF can be bought from 11.05.1941 to 01.01.1943. The IIL apears later in 43.

Can't Upgrade Panzer IIF to Panzer IIL

I am playing the Great Campaign again. And i am in Kiew43 and i wonder why i can't upgrade my Panzer IIF to Panzer IIL. Both are Type II and both a recon units..... but i have to pay the full price and the unit would loose the 3 overstrenth points... :( :?:

Use the Overviewmap and toggle to air view, there u will see where ur planes are and if they moved or not.
