If the manual is 150 pages then the illustration in the first post is seriously misleading. Looking at my War in The West manual which is 300 pages a 150 page manual would be about a quarter the size (at a push a third) of that illustrated.

There is no Data/Campaigns folder(s) in GBoR

However I renamed the Movies folder in Data and Data/Battle as xMovies and even renamed the individual movies in Data/Battle as xIntro, xOutro

FYI the developers are working on a smaller and shorter version of ToF specifically aimed at PBEM. Monthly turns, thus 50 turns for a full length game as opposed to 450.
