After 1st Etruscan army moved, it is 8 hexes away from friendly city (supply line can not cross Luna)
Hills supply value is 4. Supply line does not cross rivers. 5 of these hexes are entering and exiting a road.
4-8+5=1. Army is supplied.

Anyone like to play a campaign with me. We can even do a 3 player campaign. One player will also be using the program for all the players and share the results.

I may suggest a little change in Pyrus Scenario:
At the start of 278 BC, Carthage activates and Syracusa becomes controlled by Pyrus.

This change not only will make it more historical, will also give Pyrus a better motivation to go to Scily.
