I also have 2 emails in ten minutes tell me it's my turn, but no way to action that in game, still showing opponents turn, tried refresh and all options etc

We are attempting to multiplayer iPad to iPad version and even though a turn is com legend at one end and it shows as the other persons turn, it won't change on my end.
