What is Nico's upgrades?

Has anyone tried playing all the the campaigns (Grand campaigns, soviet, allies, sea lion etc) in historical order? What I mean by this is you start of with Grand campaign 39 and play the first scenario which start 01.09.39. You then continue on with 39 until you reach Modlin which start 23.09.1939....

I will try and beat the vanilla on FM then. I dont like using cheat, and if i cant beat the vanilla campaign on FM im not worthy of the other difficulties

I just completed DLC 39´ on field marshall but it did not unlock any of the bonus difficulties. Do they not exist for the DLC´s?

Just seems a bit odd that the game show it as a new avavaile unit if you cant purchase it or use it at all. The cost of the glider showed 200 something prestige in cost.

I started playing the 39' DLC after the new patch with the new units.

I reached Norway and a bunch of new units became available. Im pretty sure that one of the was a glider But when i tried to purchase the units it wasnt there.

How does it work?
