I think you can achieve it by editing the files in Animations and Meshes under Data - Video folder. Use Notepad++ to make it readable. The internet in my area is down for a while now, also I'm leaving soon without my pc so I won't be able to do the dragon diplomacy, sorry. No feedback on balancing, ...

Yeah they're not much better for long lasting and all have inactivity policies. For 'permanent' free hosting ModDB is my no 1 recommendation, I also like using internet archive org ( example ), the Nexus mod site is another one, hell I even see people using sourceforge purely for mod file hosting. ...
