FWIW, The "run as admin" fix seems to work on another PC. We've got two installs. Mine was via steam and hasn't had this problem (I've had 2 crashes over a 250+ turn game, so not too bad). The other install, which was via Sliterine had a hang on game start, then after a reboot had the same...
