I have this bug as well. I have a I9-9900 and 2080 super video card, 64 GB mem and m.2 drives. PC2 was very smooth, never had any lag at all until I installed the DLC for 1943. Now it is nearly unplayable. In fact, although I am addicted to the game, I am very close to quitting until this bug is fix...
