Or to all unit?

Because archery only give exp to ranged unit


And there is not that many incentives to build more than one stables in a province as they don't offer much besides ...

The first case, only the buildings in the provincial capital works at full efficiency, the other works at 50%

it's just that there is no information handy about what is available and what is not available from the start, so you might have some indication or some sort of plan what do you want to do with troops management etc

instead of building training ground/barrack and then whoops ...

standard mercenary don't have an increase in buy cost per unit.

As for increase in upkeep per unit, the general rule is that it applies only at experienced level or higher.

got a barrack in Latium,
it said will unlock Liby Phoenician infantry, Sacred band ,and Phoenician Foot

but when I go to unit recruitment,
it didn't show any besides Phoenician Foot
