Ahh right guess I read the intro a little fast....silly feature if you ask me. If I place all of my ground units first I can't place any air units so a units role isn't taken into account. Not sure how a forced reserve contributes to the game-play but I appreciate the reply. Cheers.

Just bought Panzer Corps and there is an issue with the Balkan battle for the 1939-45 Campaign. The game will not allow me to deploy all of my units, after I deploy half my units the rest of the deploy hexes just disappear, even after closing and relaunching the game.
